"Highly Satisfied" seems a tad too insignificant to describe how grateful I have felt, start to finish, in working with "Oliver's" team at PORT. The sincere compassion and dedication exhibited, proved to far outshine my experiences with the many other residential programs throughout the state... and I have worked with most of them, with some very difficult children. "Oliver's" file came to me with very unique and unusual circumstances, issues that I had not been exposed to before and required that I expand my knowledge base. I will be forever thankful for the assistance, input, and patience (both with me and "Oliver") from your entire team to which "Oliver" was able to raise his expectation of himself, and also the world expectation of "Oliver".
