PORT Group Homes provides residential services to children at risk, ages 10-18. Each of the group homes is a structured, nurturing environment. Our goal is to teach children to make healthy choices by providing consistency and teaching responsibility.
PORT homes are licensed to provide group residential services by the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
